Abstract

In February 2024, North Sumatra's exports increased compared to January 2024 by 1.52 percent, namely from US$735,683 million to US$746,834 million. When compared with February 2023, North Sumatra's exports decreased by 18.68 percent.

February 2024, North Sumatra imports on a CIF (cost, insurance & freight) basis amounted to US$454.10 million or an increase of 1.09 percent compared to January 2024 which was valued at US$449.20 million. When compared with the same month in the previous year, the value of imports increased by 20.71 percent.
