Coordination with the Regional Secretary of Toba Regency

On Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 09.00 WIB to 10.30 WIB, a meeting was held in the Regional Secretary's room of Toba Regency between the Head of the Regional Government of Toba Regency and the Central Statistics Agency of Toba Regency. This meeting was attended by the Regional Secretary, Drs. Augus Sitorus accompanied by the Assistant for Government, Assistant for Economic and Development Affairs, Head of Bappelitbangda Toba, and Head of Governance from the Toba Regency Government. From the BPS side, namely the Head of BPS Toba Regency, Sabar Alberto Harianja accompanied by Elisa Dolianto Sipahutar, Martina Situmorang, Eirene Simanullang and Nicholas Hanerson Manurung.

This meeting began with the delivery of information by the Head of BPS Toba Regency regarding the 2024 Statistical Development Index value, the development of macro indicators, and discussions of sectoral statistics. Sabar Harianja also submitted a proposal in 2025 that each OPD will be guided regarding sectoral statistical activities planned offline and online. This was welcomed by the Regional Secretary. The warm discussion was accompanied by further discussions regarding the proposal for each OPD to budget for statistical activities. In addition, the Regional Secretary also conveyed that BPS continue to monitor these statistical activities so that they can later help to increase the Statistical Development Index in Toba Regency.
