Change Ambassador of BPS Toba Regency in 2025

BPS Toba Regency has officially announced Marissa Sinaga, SST., M.Ak as the Change Ambassador in 2025. The selection process for this Change Ambassador took place through a series of transparent selection stages and involved the active participation of all BPS Toba Regency employees.

The initial selection stage was carried out internally by the Head of BPS Toba Regency, where three candidates were selected based on various established criteria. Furthermore, the further selection process was carried out through a voting mechanism using Google Form. This voting involved all BPS Toba Regency employees to choose the candidate who was considered the most worthy.

The results of the vote recapitulation showed:

1. Marissa Sinaga received 48.3% of the votes, making her the winner of the most votes.

2. Elisa Dolianto P. Sipahutar received 34.5% of the votes.

3. Janperik Tambunan received 17.2% of the votes.

With these results, Marissa Sinaga officially became the Change Ambassador who is expected to be an agent of change in encouraging bureaucratic reform within BPS Toba Regency. Change Ambassador has a strategic role in inspiring innovation, increasing work efficiency, and building a better work environment.
