March 2025 Susenas Field Officer Training Wave 1

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Toba Regency conducted the March 2025 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) Field Officer Training Wave 1 in a hybrid manner. This hybrid method combines online and face-to-face training to maximize the effectiveness of activities.

The training was attended by 25 participants, consisting of 9 Supervisors (PML) and 16 Field Enumerators (PCL). The online session was held on January 14-16, 2025. While the face-to-face session was held on January 17, 2025 in Toba Regency at the Gemma Hotel, Balige. With National Instructor, Fitri Agustina.

The training was opened by the Head of BPS Toba, Sabar Alberto Harianja. In his direction, he conveyed the importance of the data-indicators produced by this survey. Susenas is one of the main surveys conducted by BPS to provide socio-economic data that is the basis for various national development policies. Susenas data is used to produce important indicators such as the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB), the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), and Astacita.

The data collected in the Susenas questionnaire includes various information, such as demographic information, health, housing, social security, and household expenditures for food and non-food. Through this training, officers are expected to be able to collect data professionally and ensure data quality to support data-based policy making. Horas.
