Thursday, November 28 2024, Head of the State Wealth Management Section, State Property and Auction Services Office (KPKNL) Pematangsiantar, Oude Putera Silalahi, accompanied by three employees paid a visit to the Toba Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This visit was in the context of checking assets for calculating asset performance evaluation at BPS Toba Regency. This visit was greeted warmly and intimately by the Head of BPS Toba Regency, Sabar Alberto Harianja in his office. Also accompanying Elisa Dolianto Parulian Sipahutar, Head of General Subdivision, Eirene Debora Simanullang, Commitment Making Officer and Willyater Panjaitan, Manager of BMN BPS Toba.
Asset checking activities for calculating the performance evaluation of a BMN asset are carried out systematically and measurably by considering 6 (six) indicators, namely: public interest (Objects of Public Interest, State Secrets, Defense Equipment), social benefits (Indicators that have been accepted internationally), satisfaction user (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Performance, Features, Aesthetics, Durability, Serviceability, Quality), potential future use (Future use by asset category & significance), financial feasibility (Benefits economic/Distinction between commercial & non-commercial assets) and technical condition (Good, slightly damaged & heavily damaged according to PMK 181). Evaluation of BMN asset performance is carried out by Property Managers and Property Users on BMN assets in the form of land and/or buildings. In order to evaluate the performance of BMN assets, data/information is needed from Property Users regarding the assets to be evaluated and a survey of rental data for similar assets around the asset location.
