Abstract

Human development in Toba Regency continues to progress. Since 2020, the human development status of Toba Regency has been at a "high" level. During 2020–2023, North Sumatra's HDI will increase by an average of 0.44 percent per year. Currently, Toba's Human Development Index (HDI) in 2023 has reached 77.83, an increase of 0.25 (0.32 percent) compared to the previous year (77.58).
